Does NDAA directly affect jury nullification, or are you saying it will be used to punish anyone who might use jury nullification to fight government abuse? I could easily see that being done to prevent anyone else from using the jury box.
If you are arbitrarily declared an enemy combatant, even American citizens, you can be arrested without charge, no lawyer, no trial, indefinitely (language is "until the end of the conflict" or words to that effect. The war on terror is open ended, so you can interpret that to mean indefinitely.
So no jury. No habeas corpus. To Gitmo or some other hole, and see ya.
